April 2005 - pieNETWORKS Management support

Atamo is pleased to announce it has agreed to provide ongoing technical and management support services to ASX listed pieNETWORKS Ltd. Per the agreement ,Atamo will provide services on-site at pieNETWORKS Osborne Park headquarters.  Atamo staff will assist with business and product strategy, sales management and product development.

March 2005 - Commander Ltd

Atamo is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by national company Commander Ltd to provide specialist technical support for a fibre optic transmission product deployed in a customer network for one of Commander’s largest customers. Commander Ltd's general support team will receive support from Atamo on higher-level design issues.

September 2004 - Crux Cybernetics

Atamo has been awarded a contract under the Federal Government’s COMET scheme (Commercialising Emerging Technology) to assist Sydney based Crux Cybernetics in the commercialisation of their innovative workflow management software.

Atamo will assist Crux with market research, product market positioning and developing the business strategy to take the product to market.

March 2004 - DMX Technologies Groupt Ltd Singapore

Atamo has completed a feasibility study for DMX Technologies Group Ltd of Singapore.

The feasibility study included an examination of the architecture, development costs, time to market and potential manufacturing costs of an Internet router used to manage Internet service to apartment buildings in China.  The study enabled DMX to decide whether their business case for the development of the product was likely to be profitable, before committing to product development.

October 2004 - Solar Power Tracking with Bailey Innovations

Atamo has been awarded a contract under the Federal Government’s COMET scheme (Commercialising Emerging Technology) to assist Sydney based Bailey Innovations to assess the market for a solar power tracking system for use on yachts and other pleasure craft.  The system adjusts solar panels to follow the sun, as the boat changes direction and pitches and rolls.

Wetronome on ABC New Inventors

The ABC New Inventors presented Atamo's Andrew Holmes and the Wetronome. The Wetronome is a waterproof device that fits under a swim goggle strap and produces an audible click to help swimmers with stroke training. See the feature article at

March 2003 - Quantum Precision Instruments

Atamo has completed a project for Melbourne based Quantum Precision Instruments.

Quantum PI engaged Atamo to assist in the preparation of a grant application to the American Government’s National Institute of Standards and Technology.  The application sought additional research funding for Quantum PIs development of a high precision semiconductor measurement technology using the quantum tunnelling effect to detect small displacements between two semiconductor plates.
