Atamo has been providing product design and commercialisation services to clients since 2003.  The company was founded by a group of engineers who had worked together in a series of companies since 1988.  During that time, the team developed several generations of telecommunications products that were installed in major telephone networks around the world.

The experience gained by the team, working as a team, since 1988 carries into the work we do for our clients today.

We have worked with over 60 different clients since we founded Atamo in 2003.  Some have been small start up companies who came to us for modest scale projects; others have been larger established companies, universities and government instrumentalities who have trusted us to take on large scale, long term projects for them.

Those projects have ranged from investigations of the value and uses of interesting technologies at the research stage, through to development of manufacturable products and to the installation and support of those products in commercial operation.

Our mission is to create commercial success for our clients.  That extends to assisting them with matching business strategy to product strategy, manufacturing and distribution.  Where requested we assist clients to establish the commercial relationships they need (with suppliers, distributors and customers)  to generate their own success.
